A Plugin to change an Item-name on the complete Server

I would ask if someone can make a plugin or know a plugin where I can Change an item Name and item lore on the complete Server. An Example I call Gold-Ore to example1 and if someone is mining a Gold ore he gets an item called example1. The same with /give command and so on.

i dont think you can change lets say a diamondpickaxe in a hole server and then the name Diamond Stone Digger or something i dont think anyone can..

 

Yes but does that change it in your gm gui too? No i dont think soo But idk if he mention that.. Didnt read all of it

 

Its isnt possible i know but i thought he mention that with saying on the complete server
