a plugin 1.12.2 craftbukkit

    i am looking for a plugin that reverts any weapon or armor with enchantments above the vanilla max ti the vanilla max for example, a sword with 1000 sharpness would be reverted to sharpness 5

    This is the plugin

    No commands,no permission, no config.
    Players can still enchant enchant over the max level(if you have plugins that lets players do so) but this will reverted any enchantment to their maxLevel once they try to use it.
