   i would like to have a more flexible properties file because sometimes i want to spawn monster but not spawn them at night like only with spawners, things like that, because my server is kinda creative and i disabled mobs and animals but sometimes we need 1 or 2 and we cnt spawn them without having to spawn in the entire map
