A mod to disable drops except ones from Dispensers

I want to do a ticketing system for my transit system, but I also want drops disabled. Unfortunately this affects drops coming from a Dispenser.

Is there a plugin that has been made, that doesn't do this? Allows dispensers to work, but drops (dropping something on the ground, removing a rail/flower, and the spawning of saplings from leaves) is disabled, and is updated to 1.7.2(which is what my server is at now)?

Only dispensers can drop items.

ChipDev Its a mod, its modifying the game of minecraft, bukkit just calls it a plugin.

I know that, but just for these forums (And others in bukkit) are called plugins.

The plugin will destroy all items dropped, except for those dropped by dispensers. You can enable or disable it in the config.

 

Thanks, dsuzamatt. Works fine. Except, when after using a dispenser, drops are re-enabled.
Sorry for not responding sooner. I was busy testing another plugin.
