A Good Water Bucket Blocking Plugin?

    i use blockthatshit for lava, tnt and bedrock. i swear it used to block water... is there another that does block water that people can recommend me? and one that works on the latest dev build for 1.1? i've tried searching and have had no luck. i hear worldguard has it, but do i need to manage sql packages?

    EDIT: Also i use phpmyadmin for sql packages, does the essentials blacklist support that? it asks for mysql or sql lite

    you can block water bucket with modifyworld include in the permissionsEx package...
