a better warn pulgin

    Hi guys

    im looking for a warn pulgin that only can warn by some predefined reasons
    like
    grief
    use of tnt
    swear

    and stuff like that

    When a player then gets lets say 3 warning for grief a command is used on him (like /pex demote "playername") and if he gets more like 5 warnings for grief, another command is used on him... and so on
