"95%" MEM used!

    I've typed /mem 100's of times, ram is at 95% I have, 30gb RAM allocated, god knows what is sucking up all my ram, can you please tell me how or what is taking so much ram?

    here is my WG report which shows all plugins I cut down on 4-5 plugins, my players arent happy at all
