   I am hoping somebodyc an do this.For the 617 version a miners tnt which explodes and gives 80-100% of the blocks as well as a nuke with a BIG BIG BOOM.

   You do know bukkit do not support additional blocks, so there will need to be commands that specifies the tnt-specialification (Is that a real word?) like /minertnt and /nuketnt.
   
   I really dont make plugins, I just know some stuff.

   Not possible. That would require client side moding, because you would have to create a new block.
