2 [WARNING] in my server

I have these errors:

18:24:03 [WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server o
verloaded?

I install the latest 64 bits java version in my dedicated server and sincronyze the clock and message repeat every 5 seconds :S​

​

18:26:09 [INFO] /127.0.0.1:58446 lost connection

The port number is variable. I activate de windows firewall and errors repeat every 20 secons aproximate.​

Its normal happens all the time, Just a bit laggy connection too

 

i have a connection with 100mb upload and download :S

 

Well it also happens when you have plugins, server takes up a lot of connection!

 

i use this plugins:

essentials
iconomy
iconomychestshop
big brother
authme
world edit
lwc
dynmap
minecraft mobile administrator
minestatus plugin

 

I uses Essentials, Iconomy, iconomychestshop big brother, world edit, and never those other ones but it just means when the server is using alot of mem, and Lostconnection is normal sometimes just close minecraft and open it again and it should work
