   I've created a new server and after of i installed "Essentials" on my server:
   
   - The player's skin not show
   - Whitelist not work and "you are not white-listed"

   Regarding the skins, either the skins server was down, or should be something internally.
   Again, as Necro said, a startup log would be great!
