    So im using 1v1 plugin and im also using multiverse. So i have the following issue: in server.properties pvp is set to true. In the multiverse world config pvp is set to true. However you cannot pvp as it seems like pvp is off, however its not disabled anywhere!

    Have you checked worldgaurd? Even if PvP is set to true, if invincibily is on, they can't kill eachother.
