Plugin Request 1 Plugin Request (Floating Items)

I would like someone to make me a plugin that's like particle effects but with floating items around me.
So like Bone Shield in Hypixel Arena Brawl.
The items will be floating around my body, there will be about 5-8 of the items floating around me that follows whereever I go.
And here's how I want someone to make it.

Command: /fparticles - /fp - /floatingparticles EX) /fp {effect} {effect} {effect} (multiple effects available. if not possible, 1 effect is just fine.)

Config: Number of items (If not possible, no config.)

BRONW_MUSHROOM
RED_MUSHROOM
