[1.8] Special Stats Scoreboard

What I want: I really need a special scoreboard plugin. At the moment I'm using a stats scoreboard plugin which I really like. But there are some bugs and features that I'm missing.
The Scoreboard should be 100%configurable (lines, texts, ...). The Scoreboard should display normal texts, the exactly kills and deaths amount of the player, a worldname (for each world another name) and the K/D ratio.
The K/D ratio should be displayed in the level bar too. Also i want to broadcast a message when a player got a 5killstreak, a 10killstreak, a 15killstreak, ... So every 5 kills.

In the plugin I'm using at the moment are some bugs:

• If i log out the killstreak will not reset
• If i log out in a fight i will not get +1 death
• If i fall out of the world (void) i will not get +1 death

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin.

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible


EDIT: I want the plugin to be configurable that it looks exactly like this + the map name
