   I am new to scoreboard usage so im sorry im not the best at scoreboards but my scoreboard is not showing up when I load the server up. Everything else works perfectly.

   Scoreboards will not show until there is something meaningful to display. Because all you've done is add the player to the scoreboard, the scores are zero and therefore not meaningful. Once you get someone with a non-zero score, it should pop up.
