   What I want: I would like a plugin that will put a stopping to the dropping in a certain location of certain items
   
   for commands: Worldedit to mark the area, and /STD remove or /STD add
   This will remove the item or add the item to the list of no dropping
   
   Ideas for permissions: Can.STD to do the /STD remove or add commands
   
   When I'd like it by: Tommorrow

   Do you mean that someone dies at the location's, he loses his/her items but it doesn't drop?

   You can disable items from being dropped in certain locations with WorldGuard.
