    Minecraft version: Spigot 1.7.10

    Suggested name: free soup?

    What I want: every 3 mins people in a selected area will be given soups (for healing) (item able to change in config so is time)

    for commands:     /togglesoup

    for permissions: soup    .cantoggle to toggle the plugin on or off

    When I'd like it by: tommorrow, if possible?
