   So since "The Flattening", a lot of item IDs have changed, and so has skull IDs and the such.
   How can I set the data of a PLAYER_HEAD to the UUID of a user? or something of the like?

   Use "setOwneringPlayer", where you would need to conver the UUID to an OfflinePlayer using getOfflinePlayer()
