It's unlikely that a dev will make a huge plugin for you and I recommend adding more detail to your request if you want any chance of this being made.
How 'nearby' are these blocks?
You could either completely reset the world, hook into worldedit and use schematics, or save the arena in an array with blocks and their location...
I think that in your plugin.yml main: has to be your mainclass' name.
try: for(String getList: getConfig().getConfigurationSection("List").getKeys(false)) { System.out.println(getList); //for debugging if...
How would I do that? And, does the client close & re-open a new inventory even if you stop that packet?
May be wrong, but just checked and InventoryView doesn't have like a .setTitle("title") function?
I am creating an inventory gui, however, with my inventory gui every time a player switches 'pages' their previous inventory has to be closed and...
Surely if the mob is invisible then you cannot see the nameplate?
Do (if your hashmap is called players) players.getKeys(); then just do a for loop through them and send the message.

Maybe the variable prefix is null?
Doesn't the scoreboard have a string on the left and top? Like: Kills sharp237 90 bob 30 jogn 10
Just a wild guess... maybe some string on the scoreboard can only have a string of max 16 length?
Why don't you just do... if(Seconds == 9) { ///Do stuff } else if(Seconds == 8) { ///Do stuff } else if(Seconds == 7) { ///Do stuff } etc...
I don't understand. How did you make that whole class and yet not know how to send a message countdown from 10.
What do you mean you want it to repeat?
In your class you have a: if(Seconds == 10) { } ????
if(message.toLowerCase().contains(swear1.toLowerCase()))
instead of getString(path); can you not do getList(path); ?
Separate names with a comma.
