Update: I am currently revising the code, I plan on releasing a new version for Minecraft 1.2 when it is released!
There's a plug-in that keeps that from happening, it's the MovedTooQuickly plug-in listed in the OP. :)
That means another plug-in is causing the problem, not Hookshot. You can still hurt monsters with bows with Hookshot installed.
Here's a repost of my response to questions regarding Bukkit compatibility from BukkitDev. "Will the Spout incompatibility ever be fixed?" I...

Honestly for me to fix it I'd have to create an entirely new way to "pull" players, the method I have now for some just doesn't agree with Spout...
I should have mentioned that! For some reason Spout's recent update did the same to me, and I removed it. The odd thing is it worked perfectly in...

That's odd, the arrow has been picking up just fine in my testing.
Try it out now. I'll have to work with it more later, but this should at least let everyone use it. So far I've found the inclusion of an...
Interesting, anyone else having this issue? What are you using to handle your permissions?
Ahh I see, I'll continue to work on that. Also, yes the code is very outdated. I'm currently working on a build that is almost finished and then I...
Thanks! SimplyStuf7's Clean Design Pack. What doesn't work? And I decided I won't be using the fishing rod because I don't want to interfere...
Well, I'm not sure if it's working incorrectly, but it should make there be no string cost.
This plug-in still works (mostly) for build 818! Some new bugs with this build has emerged and I'll will be working on sorting them out...
How so? It was working fine in 803 unless you're trying to run it off a 1.6 server...In which case I haven't tested it yet.
