Don't know if you have fixed it, but you can update an inventory with player.updateInventory()

Most servers already use WorldGuard, just put the blocks you want in the blacklist.txt and use "notify".

How do I create a new inventory in Spout? Looking at other plugins, they are using the Spout plugin as a dependency to access CustomInventory.
