Sorry I'm not a coder...yet. I have been practicing and watching tutorials, and once I get better I'd love to help in coding, that would be great!
For the ideas, I have a lot, more than a post or 2s worth, maybe I could share a google docs with you? I'll join the thing in a day or two (I am in the process of moving atm so I can't get on the computer often).

Ok. I'll sign onto the thing within the week :). And with the ideas, They are like 10 word documents pages worth. I have stuff like spell ideas, spell animations, new gui screens for spell stuff, very advanced NPC settings, things like that. If you really want I can post them but it will really crowd up the area. Your call, I just want to see at least some of my ideas made, because I really think they are good
Er... Might be an idea to share on google docs lol. Most ideas simply need to be thought about and organised into separate plugins - perhaps being part of some already planned ones - and in some cases the API linking things together needs to be worked out too... Fun ;-)
ok so I'm just finishing up my ideas, and there are a lot, but let me just say one thing: I really think my ideas will make your plugins very good and will with out a doubt outset them from all other skill style plugins because they are original and creative and it really brings the mmo feel to minecraft.
BUT, please do not start making the mmoplugins that pertain to skills (my ideas focus mainly around that and they need to either not be used or used all together) thx. I am just finishing writing out all my ideas, then I will send it over to you.
I will try to get you all the ideas by early saturday morning. LAtest should be saturday night-sunday morning. (Im really busy because I am launching my server this weekend so I can;t set aside much time for this when I'm at the computer, but i am making this 2nd priority).
I've had some thoughts on things, and the current mmoSkills idea is going to become mmoScript - so each StringList in the config will be a single line script that follows basic rules - mmoSkills then becomes a skill tree interface to some of the scripts, and the other plugins get to limit who can use various trees etc.
Basically this takes the "doing" into one plugin, and the "triggering" / "repeating" into other plugins (to make it easier to do different rpg styles).
ok. well my big idea is warrior, rogue, mage. Each of these have 3 subclasses, which all have 1 tree. The player lvls and gets skill points, they press say B, and it opens a new guy window (like inventory) with the tree subclass trees. the player can choose which skill that is available on the tree at that time to put their point or points into...
certain spells are only available at certain lvls or after certain spells are "bought". I will give you the full idea saturday morning. also, i am actually thinking up the skills, and it would be great if you used them.
That actually sounds like just configuring mmoSkills and mmoClass how you want it - of course, got to decide on the default config for first-install still ;-)
oops I feel stupid I forgot to check this. I looked at my ideas and they are just to out of the ordinary and beyond what minecraft can do, sorry. maybe next time.
