How about a dead bodies plugin? -- When you die, your body spawns on the ground (in the form of a sleeping player, in a bed) and instead of dropping your items as entities, a player would right-click on your inventory to grab the loot. I know that it's definately possible. It'd be soooo cool, for all servers (pvp, rpg, smp etc.)

I'm not sure it's possible, I can spawn a player in a bed, lying down, but can't have the player just floating in mid air (I will test everything now, I'm in the car heading back home!)

Nope, only possible if the time is night, otherwise the player will get removed from the bed. Can't have them standing up. :/
