thanks for the input but I came up with an idea of how I'm going to do the configs for the three mob types. Some of your ideas might still make it in though.

Here's version 0.2.0. It now has three separate configs. One for zombies, one for pigzombies, and one for skeletons with an option to enable or disable separately for each mobtype.
You know. that thing when you can choose combinations, I would have used that on my server: only chainmail chestplate for skeletons. And add a bow chance too the skeleton.
