Instability of MySQL connection

I have a problem with the stability of MySQL connections from plugins. I have many such errors: http://pastebin.com/iTZvemh8

As you can see, it's the problem of many plugins so it must be something with my server or MySQL configuration. I do not know what to look for

It's a powerful server, 16GB RAM, Xeon E3-1275, SSD hard disk. MySQL on the same machine. Many plugins that use MySQL but we have a few players, up to 15. We also host our website, without any problems with MySQL.

Craftbukkit #1940 (same situation on recommended #1938). Debian 6, 64 bit.

Any idea what to do with this problem? I'm losing a lot of data
