hi, i really need some simple plugin that allow me to change a skin of a npc usig url, i reallt need tat other ones like citizens skins and spout are outated and need to many things to install, i just want a simple one

If you cant wait, its your fault. Your Plugin is actually a bunch of work, and after reading your first post i thought this could be a good idea, but after seeing your thread im not feeling to do this. This Plugin is now named http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/citizenskins/ but i dont see a new version for RB4 either.
