Need serious help with regeneration

    My server is just regenerating really slowly, if you join my server you will understand but its really strange and i cant stop it either! its small at the moment but im not sure how big this is going to get so any help with this will be greatly appreciated!

    as in i recently backed up a world and drag and dropped it in a new server then there was wall of dirt and stone about 20 blocks high then all sudden about 2 days later someones old house starts regening in the ocean with water and massive holes appearing
