Seems like only OP's can do commands....

    So lately I've been noticing that only OP's can do commands...Well not lately, every time I run my server really. For instance, people who are not OP'ed can't do any commands other than /help. But the people who are OP'ed, can do ANY command...

    Please Help.

    The op system is an all or nothing system (for the most part). Unless a specific plugin specifies that all users should be able to use a command only op will be able to use it. I do not use the op system. I use permissions. I suggest you use bPermissions, but there are a few others out there. Just do some research.
