This happens when player just randomly disconnects. How do I fix it? It always happens too. But only to a specific player. Gandhi_Is_Boss. Please help?

 

there is an thread bug at 1 of the plugins your using, that kind of thread bugs can lead to bluesceeens, if the jvm and your os are unable to handle it (it can create corrupted data on the ram at worst case)
