Looking for a plugin developer for my server! [PAID]

I am looking for an experienced plugin developer who can develop multiple various plugins for my server - some easy, some not as easy. The job should be long-term, basically me coming back to you whenever I need a new plugin/an existing one fixed, modified, etc. I will be willing to pay you per-plugin, and an amount would have to be agreed upon for each one (depending on how difficult I think it would be to make etc.).

Requirements:

• Must be active, someone who has lots of time to dedicate towards this, and is online a lot.
• Fluent in English.
• Experienced in plugin development for Bukkit, can quickly update for new RB's, experienced in using YAML configuration files. MYSQL would be a plus but not required. At least one released open-source plugin. Must know how to make your plugin use the default Bukkit permissions API.
• Can use PayPal to receive payments.
• Skype required (but no mic. required) for easy communication and sending of files.
• Ability to test the plugins before sending them, though I'll be happy to throw them on my server at non-peak times and give you relevant stacktraces etc. if anything goes wrong.

I'll also give you a [DEV] tag on my server and you can hop on and test things out, though it's not at all required, you can choose to never even join my server - as long as the plugins work! Please note that these should stay custom to my server and not be released anywhere else (since, I am paying).

Here's some examples of what I will be looking for:

• Various Votifier listeners to do things like remind the user when they can vote again, possibly log votes to MYSQL.
• A plugin that can handle TNT. Yes, I know it sounds crazy, but I need one that completely supports SuperPerms, customizable message sent to the user when they don't have permission to place it. Should also log all TNT placing to a file (not the console) and give the player's name, time, and coords of where it was placed.
• A custom multiple home plugin similar to the old MultiHome, based off of SuperPerms. A permission (e.g. pluginname.homes.3) would make it so that player could set a maximum of 3 homes (using /sethome [anynametheywant]. A command to list all their homes, as well as delete them.
• Other various things!
