Creative mode or Survival mode?

    It really just depends. Some days I feel like paying legit others I just want to build and be creative.

    Just make it both (survival by default) and let them change with commands (gamemode permission bukkit.command.gamemode) or survival with give command (give permission bukkit.command.give)

    That would end up in a quite messy world oO
    If you want to run a server, I would create two worlds, one creative, one survival.

    That works too. For my multiworld I use DemensionDoor and CreativeGates for the portals.
