How to turn PVP on for specific area?

Hello, I know I must set PVP on and then globally pvp off, then make a Residence area and set pvp true.

But I have no clue how to do this. Only thing I know is how to work with Residence. So please any explanation?

You can create a WorldGuard region and set it (flag it) as a pvp area.

Create a normal WorldGuard region, then do

Code:

/region flag [region name] pvp allow

 

This doesn't work. In server-properties pvp is set to off, and WorldGuard neither Residence can overwrite it. So read my first post.

I don't know if this might help, but I also was having PVP problems, but once I downloaded multiverse, it automatically began working, how about you try that?
