Restrict Armor Usage

Could someone make a plugin that restricts armor usage via permissions?

ie

armor.* (can wear all armor)
armor.diamond (can wear diamond armor)
armor.leather (can wear leather armor)
armor.iron (can wear iron armor)
armor.chainmail (can wear chainmail armor)

I use bPermissions and Spout.

-I know there's the plugin 'simpleitempermissions', but that hasn't been updated in a while and is 10x more feature loaded

 

i would like to see a plugin fot this allso? enyone no of one?

Heroes also offers something like this, as well as weapons/tools.
