Bad Packet IDs. Can't connect. SPAMMING.

I am running a TEKKIT server. Everything was good until one time it starts spamming this error.
The only way I fixed this is that I created a new world but this error happened again and I won't start
again. I need a solution to this ASAP.

When the console begins spamming the error - no one is able to join the server. If you try connecting
directly it will just keep saying "Loging in...". The console doesn't even notice that somebody tried
joining. It just keeps spamming...

Changine online mode to true or false doesn't appear to be working. I tried changing some other settings too but nothing worked except creating a new world.

I also added two plugins: -LWC and -Factions
Plugins that were already included with the server files:
-ChopTree
-CommandBook
-RecipeManager
-WorldEdit

CryADsisAM, I would first endure that the version of MineCraft you're using and the server software are the same, and then check for other similar errors.

I highly recommend you just go ahead with a fresh Bukkit installation without any 3rd party tools, and see if you can replicate the error ^.^
