Unusually long loading times for console.

I now have a minecraft 1.1 server.
I have craftbukkit-1.1-R3.jar, the latest RB build for 1.1
Its fine really. People can join, things like that.
However, I notice that it says at the bottom of the console.
Usually the time is less than 5 secs. Now I'm getting 10+ secs.
Whats going on?
Note: This is not very major. I'm just curious whats wrong, or if it might turn serious.

That seems like a fairly average load time.
How many plugins are you running?

 

about 20.
Before, I had 30+, and it loaded within 5secs.

 

Maybe your hard drive is slowing down.

Is this hosted off the same PC that you play on?

 

Yeah I have about 20+ plugins and restarts take about 10 - 20 seconds. It's pretty normal depending on what type of plugins you have.

Yeah, that is what I thought. Most home PCs have one single hard drive, which I'm guessing yours has.

Most likely there is other programs that are using the disk and causing read speed to decrease and that is the reason it takes longer to load. That is what happens when you host and play off the same PC...it's not a dedicated box.
