Annoying Constant Server Crashes

My server runs 24/7 but recently ive been encountering this problem which causes my server to randomly crash and I have to start a cold reboot of the whole server, not just the minecraft server my server has 6 gb of ram. The console spits this out when it crashes:

 

This may be unrelated to your error, as it was a while back that I experienced it, but it looks similar to what I had. I have a few HP and IBM servers that run Broadcom server NICs, and when I installed Server2003, I just used the driver Windows installed. After Minecraft went from alpha to beta, an error that looks similar to this happened about once a day, and all network functionality of the box was gone. Solved it by updating my drivers to the official Broadcom drivers, instead of the out-of-box Windows drivers. Hope this helps, but I know mine was a very isolated issue.
