Plugin category: [FUN] Suggested name: PvP Events What I would like: NOTE: A lot of the features i want in this plugin are featured in the "PvP Arena" plugin. If you'd like to work off of that, it would be great. This would essentially be an addon to that, adding scheduled events, a rating system, and a rewards system. On my server, we created some pretty epic arenas and such. We'd like a way to organize the events that take place in the said arenas. I've tried other PvP Arena plugins, but they don't seem to do the trick. I'm looking for a "tournament" feel to the events. Meaning, i'd like a PvP arena plugin where teams are setup(teams would be picked by the players), with a rating. This rating would rank the team in the leaderboards. Base rating would be 1000, each win would increase the rating by 200 or so, and loss would be -100(I'd like these configurable ). Ratings would reset each month, and teams would be matched up based on rating. Basically, my server is going to host PvP events one day every week, where events are held for a few hours. We'd like a plugin to organize the statistics(K/D, rating, etc), reward winning teams with items (configurable) and assign matchups based on the closest ratings. Again, the teams would be player made, with a custom name that is defined by the team. So, when the plugin matches up the two teams, an announcement is made: "[PvP Event] Team 'X' is fighting Team 'Y' in '[Arena name]' ", or something like that, configurable, of course. I'd like the plugin to have a "schedule", where on "X" date at "0:00", the plugin will announce when an event is happening and provide a warp to it, ex - "[PvP Event] A PvP event is being held at the Collusseum! type /pvp to get there!". The times of the announcements and the arenas where they would be held would be configurable. People who die are teleported to a "spectator" area where they watch the rest of the match. Classes would be implemented, much like the PvP Arena plugin. If you'd like, you can work off of that as it has some features that would be implemented (classes, regions) At the end of a certain event, the winning team would be awarded a specified item and amount (configurable), and the plugin will announce the next matchup, and prompt the team leaders. They have to accept or deny the match request. Here is an example of one of our arenas. As you can see, this plugin would make this much easier! Ideas for commands: User commands - /pe create [team name] - creates a team (teams have a max number of players; configurable) - /pe invite [player] - invites a player to join your team - /pe accept team - accepts the invite - /pe deny team - denies the invite - /pe leaderboards - lists the current leaderboards with team ratings - /pe kd [player] - lists the K/D ratio of a specified player - /pe kd [team] - lists the K/D of the specified team - /pe rating [team] - lists the current rating of the specified team - /pe accept match - accepts a match when the leader is prompted - /pe deny match - denies the match Admin commands - /pe delete [team] - removes a team - /pe create [arena name] - creates an arena - /pe define [arena name] - opens up the "wand" tool to mark the boundaries of the arena - /pe define [lobby] [arena] - defines a team lobby. There are two of these in an arena. - /pe define exit [arena] - defines the warp where the players go after the match is complete - /pe define spectator [arena] Ideas for permissions: - pe.admin - full admin access - pe.user - access to user commands Willing to pay up to: If you take the task of creating this plugin, you will not go unrewarded.
