   I want to find a plugin where i can have my spawn zone as this picture shows black line edge of spawn area red boxs house/plots for other users but i dont want to house/plot owners to edit spawn area sorry im dumb :3

   Footlong

   you can do it with world guard. After you define the black area(spawn) and select one of the plots and name the region something like plot1. Type /region setparent plot1 spawn. It should say parent of "plot1" set to "spawn"
   Then you can add the owner of plot1 by /region addmember plot1 player
