   i want to give some people in my server the ability to kick others. this is what i have:

   Moderator:
   default: false
   info:
   prefix: ''
   suffix: ''
   inheritance:
   - Default
   permissions:
   - whoplacedit.magicstick
   - bukkit.command.kick

   then i assigned someone to moderator like this:
   

   Code:

   users:
   someguy123:
   permissions:
   groups:
   - Moderator

   someguy123 can use the other permission but not bukkit.command.kick
   why?
