Looks fine, but SuperMicro also makes good tower/rackmount servers.

That depends on what hardware you configure it with.

 

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1220 / 3.1 GHz
Memory: 2 GB / 32 GB (maks.) 1333 MHz

 

2 GB? ~20 players depending on how many plugins you have.

Get more RAM. RAM is cheap, if you're spending that much money on the processor and everything else, you might as well get at least 8GB. That should be sufficient for plenty of players.

 

I'm not sure on the price of that, but may I suggest an alternative?
