So I have a region and I only want people to be able to leave if their a certain group.. help? (im using worldguard)
@Eballer48 You really have a way with words. Profanity is really going to expedite the process. Use Residence, or another region protection plugin, - WG doesn't allow you to interface with permissions.

Mhm. One note - For residence, if you want to use a permission group in conjunction with a flag (i.e, denying entrance to an area based on permissions groupings), then you need to identify that group in residence's config file. You don't need to set any specific settings, just make sure you specify the group within residence's config file and format the group correctly. Hopefully that will make more sense once you look at residence's config file.
Im extremely confused... I basically want this: The groups Guest cant leave the area, the group Newbie can.. how do I go about doing this?
Here's how I would with Residence: Create the area you want the guests to be in - if the guests can build, add a flag to prohibit building within that area. Then, in all of the doorways, create another residence, touching the edge of the residence you want them to remain in. Set the "move" flag for the doorway-residences to prohibit "Guests" from moving within those residences - that should not affect any other group so the "Newbie" group should be able to move through it. What I meant, in my above post, was that you need to define the "Guest" group under the "groups:" section in residence's config.yml in order for them to be affected by flags pertaining to permissions groups.
Another issue, when I try to do a command with residence like a select command it will say I dont have access. Im OPed and my permissions are '*'

@Retricide Hey, I was googling help for residence and groups and came to this page. I need to define multiple groups in Residence's config, but I am not sure how to do that correctly. I don't know where it stops and starts. If you could, upload a config with 5 groups pre-added named like defualt or something just make sure the format is correct. It would help me wonders and you may get a good rank on my server. Hope to talk soon.
