And we have recently closed down server until we find the perfect role for the server. So we came up with some ideas. That will make our server pop out from other servers, especially from them other zombie ones @ThePlague What I want: When you first join there will be a GUI. [SPOUT] With a RP profile GUI board. Where you type your name in, age, your sex and the class you perfer while being a zombie or human. And when ever you right click a player it will come up with a GUI (aka there RP Profile) Telling the other player who right clicked them, their RP name, their sex, their race (Human or Zombie) and class for there race, and their age. If you can't get the profile to pop up in GUI form, OR when right clicked there can be a text pop up only for the player who right clicked the other player, a little something like this: ====Profile==== IGN: IN GAME NAME Age: RP AGE RP name: RP NAME Sex: RP SEX Race: RP RACE - RP RACE CLASS ============= ====Profile==== IGN: Testonetwothree Age: 23 RP name: Gahh_Brainzz Sex: Male Race: Zombie - Tank ============= And if human something like this ====Profile==== IGN: kahlilnc Age: 17 RP name: Kahlil_The_Traveler Sex: Male Race: Human - Wizard - [Nation You Reside From] ============= How to become infected: - You will have to be bitten ( attacked ) by a zombie. But on chance. Maybe in config make it configurable or a 15% chance would be good too. - Walk within a radius of a zombie alter. So maybe make it a block, then just right click it. And for this OP only. NETHERRACK How to become cured: - You will have 3 minutes to become cured. - Find a good Alter. LAPIS BLOCK - Maybe a custom potion. ZOMBIES: - Will have custom skins based on there race and class. - DIE and are resurrected at the zombie spawn. "/zr setzombiespawn" OP ONLY - Stay under water longer - Less fall damage - Zombie Friendliness, meaning other mob zombies do not attack you. ( There are no spiders, creepers and little skeletons that pop out of zombies on our server ) - Eat Flesh to heal insta - Eat Flesh for a damage buff for 2 minutes - Can ONLY fill hunger and health bar by eating flesh and hitting mobs and players. - 2 Classes Necro Zombie: - When ever it eats flesh it has a chance of spawning more mob zombies. Maybe 1-2. - Hitting a non zombie around it, will heal other zombies near it as well. Maybe a 10% Splash effect. - Less health. Health problems. Not strong. More. . . Tank Zombie: - Higher Health, best fighting class. Tough Skin - Charge. While obtaining flesh in hand they can left click with it and will charge toward target. But on a cooldown so it doesn't lag. Maybe a 5 sec. cooldown. - Hitting a player has a chance of sending the player flying a few blocks high causing them to take a little damage. Maybe on a 10% chance. HUMANS: - Not much downers. Just the default mc mechanics. - They always have a 5% of a critical strike. - Can obtain shields, doors. Iron, wood and trap door. Iron being the best. Will block all damage on chance while holding in hand. Iron has a 50%, wood 30% and trap door 20%. - Humans also have 3 great nations. A 2nd gui will pop up when you choose fill in your first gui profile page, asking what of the 3 nations you want to join as a human. (All first time players join as human) It will then teleport you to your nations spawn. And hopefully "/zspawn" will take you to your spawn. Human classes will be split into caste system like leveling. So it will decide on what the nation will be like. If you live in a poverish nation, then your caste system will possibly be rogue or thief. If you live in a rich and economic type nation then your caste system will be a trader. ETC. Humans also have 3 great nations. A 2nd gui will pop up when you choose human asking what of the 3 nations you want to join. The one you pick will tp you to there nation spawn. So for an easy telling of who is your enemy maybe red text for there name above there head if they are your enemy and green or blue for who is friendly. Ideas for commands: - "/zr infect playername" - "/zr disinfect playername" - "/zr setspawn zombie/human [human nation name]" - "/zspawn" Will teleport the player back to there nations spawn. - "/setname [RP name]" Reset your RP name. - "/setname [RP name]" Reset your RP name. - "/setbio" Start creating your In Character bio. - "/morebio [msg]" Adds more to your character bio. When you click on the player the name,age,race,class,bio,etc comes up. Ideas for permissions: To the command idea above "zr.admin.infect" "zr.admin.disinfect" And alter, "zr.admin.alter" to create a bad/good alter. Willing to pay up to: YOU NAME IT (I dont like giving prices out. I want you to give me a reasonable price.) CHRISTMAS MAKES KAHLILNC POOR. I'm pretty busy being a Spout dev now actually - barely got time to update my own plugins, let alone add features and go through the todo list ;-) Saying that, I'd suggest talking to @WalkerCrouse - his GuildCraft plugin is in beta now, heavily uses Spout gui code, and seems to fit quite a few of these ideas quite well - http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/guildcraft/

I'd take this up in a heartbeat were it not for the arrow in my knee And the fact that I'm really busy with another request. But if I get time to work on it, just know that this will be EXPENSIVE. Lots and lots of coding will go into this. Lots.

Actually, no. There was a bit of a fall out with that. Not a bad ending, but it just didn't work out. I'm currently working on a rather large RPG plugin that will utilize Spout to its fullest potential, and intend on putting up a WIP in a few days. I also mess around with DeadMines every once in a while, but the lack of proper bug reports has put me off lately. I don't like putting out a test build, getting hundreds of downloads, and then 0 feedback. But I digress. But I'll keep an eye on this. Knowing me, I'll be my usual self and drop a project midway to pickup another.
Yeah, what he said. Honestly, the plague is dying anyways. I'll try and bring it back to it's former glory, but i dont know. The future of the server is currently between me and Legolas75893. It makes me sad that we just can't do much. Vaq (I know his name on here I think, but I don't think he wants me linking it) just kinda put us so high up and now compared to the old plague we are just another crap server on the mc forums. The current dev has not contacted me for about a week after me sending him a msg about every other day he is on skype. So I guess we are still looking for a dev. . .
Hmmm... This could definitely be done, but it would most likely take months. I'll add you on skype, we'll talk some more. @V10lator , @WalkerCrouse what do you think about this?
