  1. RealTime
    Current version: 1.1
    Download 1.1: Download
    Download 1.0: Download
    GitHub: Click Here

    Features
    • Individual world settings
    • Set an offset for each world
All this plugin does is changing the time on the server to follow the real worlds daily rhythm
Day in the real world? Then its day on the server.
Night in the real world? Then its night on the server.

It uses the server hosts time.

It will autogenerate the config for loaded worlds at startup,
and add worlds to it as they are loaded.
The default setting if off for all worlds.
You can also define an offset for each world in hours.

    Configuration explanation (open)
    Code:
    config:
interval: 5 #How often the plugin should update the time
    worlds:
world: #Configs for the world "world"
enabled: false #Sets if the world should be affected by this plugin (true/false)
offset: 0 #Set an offset for the time (add/subtract hours from the real time)

Looks like a very cool plugin. However, for a server that is very international it would not be ideal.

Can you make a setting where you can specify how many day/night cycles the server will do per 24 hours?

that is a great idea. making the day night cycle 1 hour would be nice.

  5. I think this will suit you more.
But I will add an option to have diffrent times between worlds, or disable it on some

When using realtime on CB 423 and MC 1.3 the sun goes down, causing the world to darken a bit and then is reset back to a higher altitude because of the plugin. I know the sun goes down at a constant speed and i'm assuming this plugin just changes the rawtime at a set interval but is there some way to prevent this from happening? players are saying it's like a rave is going on.

  15. Maybe lower the intervall might help. I think I will add an option for that

    Suggestion:
    make synchronisation more often

  17. In the new version you can set the time yourself.
I will release it within a couple days, I think, as I need to do some testing and look over the code

Is there a way to take control of the time from the server completely? I suppose that running a check every tick would cause a big lag issue...

I love this mod! It goes great with my 5-world survival server. Could you possibly add a 'pause' option into the settings for each world? Eternal darkness would be fun

How will this work with redstone? In most day/night mods it fucks up redstone until the next day.

There is a problem. When time is 18:00 - 20:00 and about 6:00 - 7:00 you can see the effect of changes in dull light of the world. You could throw away from the plug-in sunsetand sunrise? So that after a day followed night, and vice versa.

You can do this now with TimeShift
