Can you explain a little more clearly, are you trying to use a website to completely monitor the server? If that is the case i am not sure of any wrappers that can be put into a web element. If you mean having a general overview of the server and see players traveling and such there is DynaMap. Last option in the bukkit tool section there's wrappers you can install that allow you to monitor from a application on your desktop.
