Inactive [FUN] SpoutCreatures b11 - RandomMobs for Spoutcraft! [CB1709/SPN670]

  1. does this plugin support HD textures as we tried it and spout got stuck on downloading terrain nothing else happend
    and maybe add in the ability to tweak the HP of each creature variation
    [Would be nice for a reply maybe lol]

    b11 Release
    • Update for Craftbukkit b1709 and SpoutPlugin b670.
    • Complete Re-Write of SpoutCreatures with one goal in mind: optimize, optimize, optimize.
    • Config file is now self explanatory. Once you open it up, you will understand.
    • Implemented complete permissions system (as promised). First post has them
    • Switched over to a builds system over version numbering.
    Due to above changes, your config file HAS TO BE DELETED and regenerated. If you do not. things WILL not work period. Also, this is the last release of SpoutCreatures that gives new features for Craftbukkit. I will maintain this plugin (as always) and fix any bugs that show up (if any). The next release of SpoutCreatures with great new features (local file storage, new GUI, etc) will occur on SpoutServer.

    Thanks to all my users out there that have enjoyed using SpoutCreatures (I always have a smile on my face when I join a server that has it).

    P.S. Adding more and more textures in the config file will, in-evidently, slow down user logins. This incurred slowness I have worked to prevent but it isn't perfect and can't be improved until the FileManager gets a big update in SpoutServer.

    HI NinjaZidane!! Nice plugin !
    Is it possible to add a region support? : when a mob spawns a certain texture is used for a defined region, an other texture for an other region? It would be epic!!

    Very pitty, SpoutCreatures didn't work anymore. It doesn't load these textures. :(

    Any chance of making this by World, Biome and/or if above/below ground? Would love to camouflage spiders, like sand color spiders in the dessert. And Badlands world, would love to have gravel color spiders (it has just gravel, no dirt)

    Does this plugin require spout to play on a server that utilizes this like force spout or will users who don't use spout simply not be able to see the extra mob skins?

    I think what would make it amazing, and customizable. You should make it compatible with WorldGuard, in the sense that.

    If a zombie is in <insert region name> than it uses skins 1,2,3
    If a zombie is in a non-specific region, than it should use skins 4,5,6

    That way, like me personally I'm making a RPG server, mobs in this zone look like x, and mobs in that zone looks like y.

    Please add a feature later on that allows for different stats for each individual reskin, and with the later release of multi-world and time support, would allow you to essentially create your own mobs.
    Edit: Oh, and please do add support for Enderdragons. It would be super special awesome if you could have rainbow dragons flying around the world.

    What if the website code is too long? Should I use something else to edit the config then wordpad?

    Nevermind. If i edit the config with wordpad it gives me almost unlimited space. Ty!
