permisions help. how to add new ones

iv started my own server as the one i was on got shut down. theres only 6 of u son thi server atm everyone is admin which works fine. the problem is iv goton some new plugins but i dont know how to add permisions. eg: iv got the tesla tower plugin, but it doesnt work how and where do i add the permitions?

 

You should get a Permissions plugin first of all...
I recommend using Groupmanager, because it's easy to configure:

If there are only 6 of you, you shouldn't need to get a permissions plugin.
Are you sure that the commands don't work even if you /op everyone?

 

igot the tesla to work, i hunted through the topic on here for it and found the solution. it said where to put the permisions etc.

im already useing group manager

is there a program that can do all of the permisions for you? based on what plugins you have?
scripting isnt my strong point
