SuperPerms/BukkitPermissions?!

    I noticed that Yeti's permissions hasn't been updated in quite sometime, the only options being PermissionsEX, and this thing that I have seen, SuperPerms/BukkitPermissions.

    Which I believe is linked to the permissions file that is installed with bukkit.

    How do I set this file up?

    Also, sorry about double post.
    but I installed SpawnMob and PermissionsEx, and then it broke my OPness.
    So, id really appreciate it if someone could post how to set up the permissions file.
