Delete your log, start up the server, and the copy-paste the entire log up until you get this error.

Uh.... Bump!!!! I Have this Same ISSUE!!!! I have reseted my worlds like 98787656765 times!!! I don't understand! And once they are reset, its fine! I can stop the server and start it back up again, but when I shut the Ubuntu Server OFF, And the next day turn it on, they are corrupted again! What do I DO? Edit: Anything?
You have some corrupt chunks on your map that need to be removed. Download MCedit. http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/13807-mcedit-minecraft-world-editor-compatible-with-mc-beta-18/ Open your level.dat with MCedit Hold the ctrl button for a list of options. Inside one of those options is the option to Repair Regions. Do this. (it will seem like MCedit has stopped responding. Just wait.) After the repair is done use CTRL + S to save. Then exit MCedit and try to run your server again
What I mean is the new worlds get corrupted. Its like the generator is screwed up.
