A few things I need help with... :)

Hey, I have a few thing's I'm not sure about, here they are...

Even though I have CB#1592, I still get the:
"[INFO] Attempted to place a tile entity (net.minecraft.server.TileEntityChest@5701be33) at -1341,36,3123 (AIR) where there was no entity tile!"
Spam in console. Is this normal? Because it was in the changes between 1337 - 1592

Players cannot user a cauldron. They get a permissions error. I have gone through every plugin looking for a permission that would control this without luck. Anyone know the permission for this?

Whenever I log in (Owner) the server lags as I download the terrain. This lasts about 13s and everyone complains about the lag. This is only when I log in. Anyone know what's happening?

Any one of the three that you can help with is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

The cauldron error possibly has no solution because they're not supported ingame, but the lag may be due to the massive amount of plugins you have installed. You have many plugins that double up tasks. Do you need worldguard, lwc,pvptoggle and nocheat? Worldguard can do all the functions of the others. And I suggest replacing essentials with CommandBook( same guy that made worldedit and worldguard) or similar. Because essentials conflicts with some of your other plugins like iconomy. Also make sure you have enough ram for your server
