not sure if anyone else is getting this

I'm running the latest RB of Craftbukkit (1597)

plugins are: Chat Manager, ControlORBle, Craftbukkituptodate, Essentials, Essentials Spawn, InventorySave, LWC, Modifyworld, NoLagg, PEX, Worldedit, Worldguard.

Not sure if this is being caused by Bukkit itself or by a plugin conflict but whenever someone dies the screen pops up (Respawn / Back to home screen) and clicking Respawn seems to attempt to respawn but the screen doesn't go away... not only that but it crashes the server and disconnects everyone.

In the console window it doesn't show any errors and appears to still be running but will not accept commands and appears down to anyone trying to connect until i close it and restart it.

Anyone having this issue or have any ideas as to the cause of this?

well i can try that i guess, but it happens with owners/admins as well like for instance when someone kills me, my permissions are set '*' and i'm op...

regardless i'll give that a try, but this has only started happening since i updated to 1597. but i'll let you know what happens

nope didn't help, still sticks me at the respawn screen and crashes the server without a trace of anything wrong in the console...

Hmm I think that's because you're server is too slow than?

shouldn't be it's a quad core 3ghz with 8gb ram (4 dedicated to server)

Alright I seem to have solved the problem. Apparently it was an experience/level problem. I reset the Xp Level, Xp Total, and XpP to "0" with NBTEdit and it's working fine now.
