Look for a plugin that sends random messages!

I used to use a plugin that had a list of messages in a text file and then randomly choose one to say in the server at an interval set by myself. I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called, does anyone know what im on about or if there is still one?

I don't know if it's inactive, but I'm sure it works with last recommended build

 

The last replies in that thread tell something different, anyone has it working without lag etc.?
